RV Oregon Travel Tip: The Wild Life Safari!

January 29, 2015

Spring’s on it’s Way early this year! The sun’s out and surprisingly, the skies are blue! That means camping season’s right around the corner, and people are gearing up. We’re encouraging everyone to get out there and explore a part of Oregon they’ve never seen and over the next couple months I’m going to be keeping all of you posted on fun and different places to travel to in Oregon. There’s so many beautiful things to be seen and so many great things to be experienced in our green state, and the first place I’m going to tell you about is the wild life safari! The only place you can get really up close and personal with all kinds of animals here in Oregon.

The Wildlife Safari in Winston Oregon is one of the few places you can get really up close and personal with animals and see critters from all over the world from right outside your car window! They include a zoo style walking area with many great features and interactive activities as well as a drive through experience that takes you from continent to continent showing you animals from all around the world! Our family has been going to the Wildlife Safari since we moved to Oregon! From the bear pins to the Ostriches pecking at your windows, there's never a dull moment. We've made many great memories at The Wildlife Safari, and so can you and your family!

The Wildlife Safari has an RV park! Their park features 15 sites and is only a 1/4 mile from the safari itself! They also offer close encounters with Lions and bears! Oh my! The Wild Life Safari is a great, exciting and fun experience for the whole family and there's something for everyone in the Park. If you’re taking your RV out for a camping adventure this is definitely a must go spot!
